* Committee meetings will be held every other month prior to lunch.

All Members need to book in for lunch, either at the coffee morning or by contacting the Dining Steward Gill Jefferson.  If you cannot attend, please notify the Dining steward, as soon as possible, and NOT  LATER than 1700hrs on the Tuesday preceding the Lunch, otherwise the Lunch charge will be payable.
