Membership of Church Wilne Probus Club is now open to all retired people, both male and female. Our regular monthly meetings take place at Ockbrook Parish Hall, Church Street, Ockbrook, Derby, DE72 3SL on the third Wednesday morning of each month. Refreshments are served from 10am and the meeting starts at 10.30 when we will have a talk from a visiting speaker on a topic we hope members will find informative, interesting and entertaining. We are now starting to think about how we can continue our social activities for 2024. In 2023, we had a summer lunch at a local hostelry and a Christmas lunch in December. We joined with members of another local Probus Club for a trip to the Great British Car Journey in Ambergate in November.
